The subject property comprises 2 wooden structure (blue arrows), one being a wooden stilted house. The whole area is generally flat and there is one pond on each side of the building. The subject property is fronting the Tapah-Chenderiang-Temoh trunk road but the road reserve seems to be quite wide. There is a laterite road leading to the subject property.

Electricity and water are connected to the property. The ponds are probable on state land but we have not been able to verify this yet. However, the subject property looks bigger than 1.1 acres due to the surrounding ponds. This photo is taken from the right side of the subject property.
