Rising majestically to a height
of 4,095 metres ( about 13,432 feet ) above sea level, Mount Kinabalu is the
highest mountain in South East Asia and is a recognized World Heritage site
in Malaysia. The subject property is located 4 lots away from this national
park and is 1,550 metres ( about 5,085 ft ) above sea level. This small
village is called Kundasang, renowned for its vegetable farm/market which is
opened seven days a week. The people here are mostly native Dusun (and a
small population of Chinese). It resembles the Cameron Highland of West
Malaysia in the 1970s. The weather here is as cool as that of Brinchang, Cameron Highland too.
Some farms have already started planting strawberry here.

This is the view of the main road of Kundasang
where the vegetable are sold. There are small scale planting of strawberries
here too. There are many budget hotels here and some are 3-stars and managed
by the Sutera Harbour team too.

This is the road leading to the subject
property (white arrow). Its about 3 km from the main road. On a clear day,
the view of Mount Kinabalu is really magnificent.
