The Mantanani islands are composed of 3 separate islands as can be seen on the photos below. By speed boat, It is about 60 minutes drive from the main land jetty. The pristine white sandy beaches, the crystal-clear water and the abundance of a variety of sea fishes found here are what makes these islands famous.

From the photos above, one can clearly see the abundance of corals surrounding these islands. Its a haven for snorkelling and diving and with some luck, you may be able to see the shy sea cow or Dugong as the local calls it.
