The subject property is a rectangular piece of land which straddles a ridge. There is a small 2-storey house half-way up the land. However, the land below the fruit trees ( and the ponds ) seen here does not belong to the subject property.

This is the back portion of the orchard. The durian trees are very big and tall and seems healthy. This is not the end of the land yet. This portion leading up to the top of the orchard is indeed very steep.
