View of the subject property on the way in from the Bentong - Raub trunk road. It is located about 1.5-2km from the main road and has a fairly well maintained laterite road leading to the land. However, one still need a 4-wheel-drive vehicle to get there. The rubber trees are planted at the top and over the hill while the durians are found at the lower end of the valley.

The subject property is generally hilly. Here one can see the gradient of the slope where the durian are planted. The durian trees seems healthy and of many varieties. Most of durian trees are around 10-15 years old.
